PCO Finance Ltd is the controller and responsible for your personal data (collectively referred to as "PCO Finance", "we", "us" or "our" in this privacy notice). This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information about you. We are required under data protection legislation to notify you of the information contained in this privacy notice. It is important that you read this privacy notice together with any other privacy notice or fair processing notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. PCO Finance Ltd operates as an introducer connecting Private Hire Vehicle (PCO) drivers with specialist finance providers through a related company Net Zero Asset Finance Ltd ("NZAFL"). NZAFL is an independent asset finance brokerage not a lender, as such NZAFL can introduce you to a wide range of finance providers depending on your requirements and circumstances. NZAFL are not independent financial advisors and so are unable to provide you with independent financial advice. NZAFL will receive payment(s) in the form of commission from the finance provider if you decide to enter into an agreement with them. NZAFL work with both discretionary and non-discretionary commission models. Commission payments are factored into the interest rate you pay. NZAFL is an Appointed Representative of AFS Compliance Limited which is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority FRN 625035.

As stated above, PCO Finance will share your personal information with NZAFL. In addition, PCO Finance will share information where required by law, where it is necessary to administer the contractual relationship with you or where we have another legitimate interest in doing so. "Third parties" includes third-party service providers (including contractors and designated agents).
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements. In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use such information without further notice to you. Once you are no longer an employee, worker or contractor of the company we will retain and securely destroy your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
