PCO Finance Plc. is a good partner which has abilities to help the clients to reach their business purpose through financial service and modern non-finance to participate in the development of the livelihood of Cambodian.
PCO Finance Plc. pledges to maintain stability to get financial sustainability and the growth of the people through providing micro-loan service, small-loan service, and service with other benefits, especially to focus on rural low-income family.
PCO is the Rural Credit Operator in Cambodia, which has been created on 22 September 2010 by the founder of steel have experienced in the local and has a history of strong as Management Business, Management Risk, Credit, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Management of Microfinance Institutions, Leadership - etc- we call Daikousahakkum (PCO Finance Plc).
In 2010 PCO was registered with the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia as a non-governmental organization (NGO) called PCO, in khmer "Daikousahakkum" have a target business development micro and small enterprises by providing credit to people in the community that called PCO, in Khmer "Daikousahakkum", Since September 22, 2010 and is located at No. 126, Sophy 2 Village, Kampongsvay commune, Seriesoaphoan City, Banteay Meanchey province. After spending the past 2 years ago PCO set their headquarters in the town of Battambang and provided credit to the people in the three districts of Battambang. To provide ease of service to customers PCO has invested some to lease a building that is located on the No, Group 8, Kamakkor Village, Svay Por Commune, Battambang City, Battambang Province as the headquarters of its own in 2015.
After improvement remarkable with the support of many people that used our credit services, PCO decided to register with the Ministry of Commerce and National Bank of Cambodia as PCO Finance Plc on 11 August, 2015. Rural Credit Operators in 2015. Currently PCO offers financial services and non-financial to the Cambodians through branchs network up to 21 branch offices including Headquarters, Head Office branch, Battambang Branch, Sereisophoun branch, Maung Russey Branch, Thmarkol branch, Mongkolborie branch, Ou Sngout branch, Poipet Branch, Pursat Branch, Kampong Chhnang branch, Boeng Knar branch, Siem Reap branch, Krolanh branch, Pouk branch, Nimit branch, Thmar Puok branch, Bavel Branch, Sampovlun branch, Ratanakmondol Branch, Kamrieng branch.
Besides the credit sector, PCO Participated social activities such as giving the gifts to the poor people, participation sponsoring the budget with the Red Cross, providing equipment such as desks, chairs, computers and more to the local council and district and other. Moreover PCO trained about sport to staff for the team matching with other institutions team and joined futsal matching of K11 Sport club champion. PCO, particularly given the knowledge to employees and benefits, Including salary, bonuses to encourage the best employees, national holiday bonuses -etc- and other. Branch Supporting Manager
Prior to joining PCO as a cofounder in 2013, Mr. Mom Bunna spent more than 6 years in Micro Finance Sector. He has been appointed as a Branch Management Director since 2015. Moreover, he graduated a Bachelor's degree and MBA in General Management. He has attended several numbers of local training and workshop in Credit Risk management, Micro Finance Management, leadership and others.
Working more than 5 years in education sector with 10 years of experience in Micro Finance institutions, Mr. Chhy Vechet has joined PCO as a cofounder of PCO since 2010. He held several positions including Saving Project Manager, Branch Manager, Branch Support Manager, HR director and he has been appointed as a Marketing Director since 2015. More importantly, he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration major in Business Management in 2007. Nowadays, he is pursuing a MBA major in Marketing Management at Build Bright University.
Audit Department Director
Mr. Soa Kosal has joined PCO as cofounder of PCO since 2013. He took several positions such as branch manager, Financial Manager, Branch Support manager, Training and development director. He has appointed as Internal Audit Director since 2015. In addition, he has experience in Micro Finance institution more than 8 years. On the way, he graduated Bachelor's degree in General Management and Master in Financial Management. Furthermore, he has also benefited from various training programs and workshop including Internal Audit, Internal Control, Fraud and Other Key Risks Managing in BANK/MFI, Credit Management, Bank/MFI Management, Project Management, Leadership and Others.
Mr. Try Pechsal has joined PCO since April 2014 as Chief Accountant and been promoted as a Finance Director since 2015. Prior to join PCO, he was an Accountant and Teller with MFI institutions and private company over 07 years of experience. He holds Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking. Additionally, he attended various training courses including Supervisory Skills, Management Development, Budgeting and Planning, Training of Trainer and others.
Head of Training Unit
Mr. Keo Seath has worked in training sector over 9 years. He has joined PCO since 2014 as a trainer and been assigned as a Head of Training Unit since 2015. Besides holding a Bachelor's degree of Business Administration major in Marketing Management, he has attended important training courses involved with Training Skill, Coaching, Pedagogy, and Training of Trainer, Training management, leadership etc. By the way, he is currently continuing MBA major in Marketing Management at Build Bright University.
Head of MIS Unit
Mr. Pov Phaneth joined PCO on October 22, 2013 as IT Officer then he was promote to Micro Banker Support Officer and then he was promote to Chief Micro Banker Window Manager in 2014 and promote to Head of MIS unit in 2015.Prior to joining PCO, Phaneth spent more than 2 years in IT field including Hardware, software, networking and System. He completed Diploma in 2009 and got Bachelor degree of Computer Science from Build Bright University (BBU) in 2013.
